**Your Role**

You’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. Your day to day will include:

- Prospecting and engaging new advertisers by reaching out to warm leads.
- Developing new business by connecting with existing industry partners and cold-calling potential clients.
- Providing tailored marketing solutions to help clients maximize their brand visibility.
- Consistently delivering sales results and exceeding targets.
- Managing your pipeline effectively to stay on top of daily activities and follow-ups.

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least 3 years of experience in direct sales (advertising or marketing sales is a plus).
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a bubbly, engaging personality.
- A proactive, self motivated approach with a "can do" attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- The ability to work independently while being a supportive and committed team player.
- A passion for advertising, marketing, and digital media.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
