- Troubleshoot productivity bottlenecks and implement real time solutions through database patches and manipulations
- Maintain an accurate record of system performance, faults and malfunctions to facilitate efficient program reviews
- Assist the Operations and Engineering management team, with enhancement priorities and strategies for automation procedures and processes
- Provide technical support for operation procedures and processes
- Undertake user testing along with software release scheduling for acceptance and production environments
- Provide pro-active operational support to Operations Management to exploit system capabilities and minimise the impacts of system limitations

**For this role, we are looking for**:

- Knowledge and experience with relational database systems with demonstrated ability of SQL
- Exposure and working knowledge of software development and testing concepts
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and solve problems while working under pressure
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment

Experience as a software test analyst or Level 2 software support role and exposure to Oracle 10g or higher, desirable, but not essential.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

- 12 hour shift
