Base pay range A$91,897.00/yr - A$100,915.00/yr Lead the Future of Digital PlatformsAre you a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation? We're seeking a full-time, permanent Applications Support Lead to help drive high-level decisions and lead the ongoing development of our customer and staff digital platforms at our Eight Mile Plains office.
In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with business and digital stakeholders to review, improve, and future-proof systems and processes.
You'll be responsible for operational delivery, incident management, and driving continuous improvement.
This is a stand-alone role to start, with the opportunity to step into a leadership position as the business grows.
What you'll do:· Lead platform performance, support, and improvement initiatives· Identify and resolve business and system issues through strategic consultation· Champion best practices, training, and stakeholder engagement· Manage critical incidents and ensure top-tier customer service· Grow a high-performing team from the ground up What you bring:· Strong technical knowledge of Alaya Care preferable, and or core business systems· Experience in system configuration, integrations, SQL, and UAT· Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills· Demonstrated experience in a similar role & a relevant tertiary qualification preferred Requirements:· Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline· Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Paid) – or be willing to obtain· Current Working with Children Check (Paid) – or be willing to obtain· Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.
