We are seeking a talented and skilled individual to join the growing ROW Analytics team, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering valuable insights to the organization and go-to-market teams.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity, with the potential to extend up to 18 months. You'll be working in modern offices located in Sydney CBD, with a flexible hybrid work model offering three work-from-home days per week.

**About the Role**:
As a valued member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring reports and self-service BI tools are readily available to relevant stakeholders. Leveraging your technical prowess in Qlik Sense, SQL, and Excel, along with your deep understanding of analytics techniques, you will design, build, publish, and maintain reports that provide key insights to enhance our understanding of critical areas, such as retention and sales operations.

**What You'll Do**:

- Design, develop, and maintain reports using Qlik Sense, SQL, and Excel, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Your Experience and Skills**:

- At least 3 years of professional data analytics/business intelligence experience, preferably in a sales operations/commercial analytics environment.
- Solid understanding of data analytics techniques and the ability to extract, interpret, and present meaningful insights to business stakeholders.
- You must have permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
