**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Have similar administrative experience in a corporate office environment
- Have experience providing PA support to more than one stakeholder in senior management roles
- Be a diligent operator, able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Have strong influencing and exceptional communication skills
- Be proficient in the Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Be eager to learn and enjoy growing your skills
- Be highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail

**The duties of this role will include**:

- Providing administrative support to a senior leader's calendar, including booking meetings, arranging travel and taking notes at meetings
- Making travel arrangements - working closely with your manager to coordinate schedules and manage bookings
- Organising deliveries of office supplies
- Managing the logistics of the office, including booking conference rooms and equipment for meetings
- Managing a diary to make sure that your executive or manager is prepared for all upcoming engagements
- Assisting with planning events, from organising catering to sourcing speakers and furniture for the event
