**The Video Factory specialises in the repair of TV, Audio & Appliance equipment.**

To do this we operate a team of technicians who collectively cover the greater Gold Coast & Brisbane area across two locations and has multiple vehicles on the road at any given time as well as workshop technicians.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is ready for a new challenge. The position involves a number of different requirements - assisting technicians & office staff, pick-up & delivery services, and a customer service roll along with other day to day duties as they arise. Ideally, we are looking for a person to fit into an established team of technicians & administration personal.

Although experience is not required a keen interest in electronics and computers would-be an advantage.

The ideal applicant should possess:

- Ability to learn new concepts and procedures quickly to a high degree of accuracy
- Operate basic computer software packages with confidence
- Work well within a team environment and cooperate and communicate well with other team members or autonomously.
- Excellent customer service skills (previous examples are desirable)
- Ability to talk to customers face to face in a polite and confident manner
- Immaculate personal hygiene and appearance standards are a must.
- Enjoy being on the road travelling from job to job.
- Physically fit (lifting and manual handling of TV's and other electronic equipment is required)
- Whilst specific training will be provided, a basic understanding of TV set-up and installations would be an advantage but not essential.
- Other basic duties as required i.e. cleaning of vehicles, general assistance to office staff and workshop technicians, customer assistance and service.
- Uniform will be provided

Operational hours range between 7:00am to 5:00pm depending on the run schedule.
