**Our Position**
Rockcote are currently looking for a Fulltime Trades Sales Assistant to provide outstanding service to our customer base from our recently opened Brisbane Trade Hub in Northgate. You will be provided with training which will ensure you have the knowledge required to assist our customers over the phone and in person on our specialised Product & System information.

Join our team on a Fulltime basis working Monday to Friday, no weekend work

**About You**
You must be able to demonstrate the following experience, abilities and personal attributes:

- Strong customer service and support skills, both face to face & over the phone
- Knowledge of render, texture and paint products is advantageous
- Colour matching and tinting experience will be well regarded, though training will be provided
- Ability to build strong customer relationships with our trade clients
- Point of sale system knowledge
- Assist with in store displays, store presentation and general housekeeping
- Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced and hands on
- A keen interest to build your knowledge on our products
- Ability to work in a team and also unsupervised
- Able to perform manual tasks including lifting bags and buckets up to 25kgs
- Forklift licence preferred
