Are you an experienced Accounts Payable individual seeking a role in a close-knit function?

Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their company in the Burleigh area.

This company are an award-winning quality construction company with a very strong reputation, they are looking for someone who has worked in a Construction background and well experienced with accounting software MYOB.
- Dealing with the accounts payable function,
- Invoice processing and authorised in a timely manner.
- Dealing with data for submission and entering accurate information
- Dealing with claims and payments
- Handling the companies purchase orders
- Answer queries from staff, clients or suppliers
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel
- Assist with finance administration duties as and when required

Systems; MYOB and Excel

**Requirements**:
You would need to have experience working in accounts and in a construction business.
- Excellent processing skills is essential
- Competent in Excel
- Experience of MYOB
- You will need good attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable, flexible and adaptable
