With a **dedicated warehouse stocking 6,000 wheels** and a commitment to **24-hour dispatch**, we take pride in being a trusted supplier for **Kenworth, Isuzu, and trailer manufacturers**.

We achieve this by fostering **strong relationships with our dealers, and OEM partners**, ensuring they have access to the right wheels when they need them. We are looking for a driven **Internal Sales Account Manager** with a **positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a helpful personality** to support our growing customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management** - Act as the main point of contact for dealers, fleet operators, and trailer manufacturers, ensuring top-tier service.
- **Sales Growth & Dealer Support** - Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell **Armoury** wheels.
- **Inventory & Order Coordination** - Rely on our systems and work closely with the **Armoury Wheels warehouse** team to manage stock availability and timely dispatch.
- **Team Collaboration** - Work effectively with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and technical specialists, to deliver excellent service.
- **Customer Service Excellence** - Approach customer interactions with a helpful and solution-focused mindset.
- **Reporting & CRM Management** - Maintain accurate customer records, track sales performance, and generate progress reports.

**Bonus If You Have**:

- **Sales & Account Management Experience** - Preferably in **truck wheels, trailer wheels, or heavy vehicle parts**.
- Experience working with **Kenworth and Isuzu Parts sales teams, trailer manufacturers, or dealer networks**.
- A track record of exceeding customer satisfaction expectations.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
