Elders Real Estate Penrith is seeking a receptionist/property officer who is proactive, dynamic, vibrant and enthusiastic. Join our fast growing, fast paced and friendly team.
We are offering a permanent full time position working from 9am-5pm with Saturday work included. In our work we value our members, clients and staff. We strive to make sure all stakeholders receive the best possible outcomes. So to be successful with us - you will need to value this too.
About the role:
- Reception and office administration
- Answer phone, direct calls and take messages
- Provide support to Sales and Property Management departments
- Assist with the preparation of office documentation
- Office organisation
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Maintain office and staff supplies
- Create files
- Calendar management
- Organise meetings
- Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Strong time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Committed to being punctual and reliable
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Willingness to learn, take direction and adapt to various tasks
- Desire for a career in Real Estate in either Sales or Property Management
- Willingness to work Saturdays
Position Prerequisite
- Have (or be willing to obtain) Certificate of Registration
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Drivers Licence and own vehicle
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $50,000.00 per year
