Newly created role to own decisions within a new centralised specialist team within a growing Claims Service Provider in Sydney. Help build processes and improve capability & expertise within the claims team.

Reporting to the Technical Leader within this growing Claims Service Provider, you will work within a small team of like-minded technically astute workers compensation professionals. This would suit an existing Work Capacity Specialist looking for a new challenge, a Technical Specialist looking to specialise, or a Senior Case Manager looking for growth.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Lead the technical development of Workers Compensation Training Modules for Work Capacity, Tail management and Section 59a/39.
- Provide proactive support and technical advice to the claims teams along with training and coaching.
- Ensure high-level data integrity and champion initiatives to improve data compliance and quality.
- Support claims teams in achieving strategic outcomes via the use of work capacity decisions and the use of Section 59a/39.
- Build capability and support the claims teams to identify claims for work capacity decisions.
**About You**
- Strong working knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation, operational guidelines, and associated regulations.
- Strong mentoring experience Case management experience, including work capacity and complex claims experience.
- Experience with process development advantageous
- Ability to build rapport across a variety of levels and develop strong and effective client relationships
- Ability to coach and motivate other team members to achieve results.
