**About the Nursing Working Unit**:
Attracting, engaging and retaining our Nursing workforce has never been so important and we are delighted to be expanding our Workforce team as a result. This presents an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with some management/administrative experience to join our Nursing Workforce Unit.

**About the role**:
As a part of the Workforce Unit team you will utilise your clinical know-how, organisational skills and excellent communication skills to manage;
- recruitment campaigns with local and international recruits

In the completion of successful new hires the Nurse Coordinator role assists with nurse credentialling and registration requirements, and the Workforce Unit also plays an active role in supporting performance and importantly, in facilitating professional development.
