**Live - What you will do**:
As a Digital Enablement & Capability Manager with Amgen Australia, you will be instrumental in driving digital adoption and enhancing customer experiences through omni-channel communication. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement digital initiatives, optimize channel utilization, and build internal capabilities to achieve business objectives. A key part of the role is leading digital enablement projects all the way through to execution and implementation. This is a full-time, permanent role. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Excellence Lead, you’ll be based in **Sydney **and ideally in the office 2-3 days a week. This role does not have people leadership responsibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Digital Enablement:_**
- Assist in developing and executing digital strategies to drive brand growth and operational excellence
- Enable customer experience activities by ensuring seamless integration of back-end capability
- Embed performance indicators and controls to measure and communicate commercial relevance of digital activity
- Direct external vendors in delivering digital services
- Optimize channels, ensure data extractability, and review campaign performance to enhance internal capability

**_ Digital Capability Build:_**
- Create and optimize feedback loops and 'test & learn' activity to enhance digital initiative effectiveness
- Co-create business value through digital engagement initiatives
- Drive digital best practices and thought leadership across all channels
- Liaise with regional/global teams to align initiatives with global/regional strategy

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience where technology is integrated into the business
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and DRM (Veeva or equivalent)
- Experience with web technologies (Sitecore HTML, CSS)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industry
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful implementations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
