The Opportunity:
The position's goal is to oversee every step of the Utility Machines and New Construction sales administration process. In order to deliver exceptional customer service, you will actively participate in communication with the Account Managers, Sales Managers, and the Production team to ensure that all machines are constructed according to schedule and to the specifications of the customers.
Roster: Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm)
Role Located: Fairfield, NSW

Duties of this position:
- Providing administrative support to the National Administration Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Regional Account Managers
- Liaising daily with Operations Planner and Production Teams to ensure machine build are processing in a timely manner to meet Customer agreed delivery dates.
- Actioning Sales Department enquiries/requirements on a daily basis or as required
- Attending weekly Production meetings as required.
- Liaising daily with external suppliers to ensure attachments arrive in a timely manner to meet agreed delivery dates.
Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- You will be an expert in Microsoft Excel and proficient in the rest of the Microsoft Suite products
- Previous experience working within a sales or business development team, highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills required to liaise with the team members and external stakeholders
- Previous experience navigating SAP, Microsoft AX and CRM365 desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy, able to prioritise and self-organise
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task in fast paced environment
