Sales Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**: Attend sales meetings and calls to take detailed notes and track action items. Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating the calendars of sales personnel.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to draft and refine proposals. Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and align with client requirements and company standards.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, managing sales documents, and updating CRM systems to ensure accurate sales reporting and tracking.
- **Team Collaboration**: Act as a point of contact for the sales team for administrative and operational issues. Support the team in preparing for presentations and pitches.
- **Client Interaction**: Engage with clients as needed, providing information and resolving issues promptly to maintain excellent client relations.
- **Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of regular sales reports and analytics to help track sales targets and performance metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM software.
**Skills**:
- High attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
