- Job descriptionWe have an opportunity for a Recruitment Business Partner, to join one of our RPO accounts, Aon. This portfolio will offer diversity, as you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle predominantly in the volume recruitment space for one of the business lines, working closely with the MD on talent strategy and EVP as well as support the recruitment across other portfolios within Aon for client executives.

In this true business partner role, you will lead, drive and manage stakeholder relationships and use a consultative approach to provide expert recruitment advice to the business to lead positive outcomes. Your influencing skills will drive your client relationships as you build and support workforce planning initiatives. You will completely embed yourself in the business and partner with key client contacts, including partnering with HR, being part of all social and wellbeing events and working in a flexible and collaborative environment.

**About you**

You will be an experienced talent acquisition professional, with demonstrated understanding recruiting across busy dynamic organisations as you manage the recruitment lifecycle. You will bring with you your diverse experience recruiting across various verticals and job families with experience solving problems in challenging market conditions.. A background in financial services or insurance would be highly regarded.
