An exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Manager.

**Your new company**
This is an exiting opportunity to work for a unique growing organisation based in Melbourne.

**Your new role**
You will report into the Quality Director of the company and support WO generation and new project assessment. You will ensure that adequate resources are employed to meet project timelines as well as assist in delivery of commercial and early phase QC deliverables. You will implement companies HSE policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. You will provide technical support for early phase projects and handle budget responsibilities for the QC Department. You will act as the internal expert on new platform technologies as related to QC for test products and provide technical advice and issue resolution.

**What you'll need to succeed**

- Tertiary qualification in Science related field
- Advanced technical knowledge in flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR, cell counting, rapid microbial contamination assays, mycoplasma, endotoxin
- Previous experience in QC method development
- Knowledge of GMP in a clinical trial setting & Commercial
- Previous experience in QC assay qualification/validation strategies as appropriate to Phase I, II, III and commercial products
- Previous experience with ATMP assay submission and issue resolution for IND / EMEA approvals
- Excellent communication skills.
