**In this Manager Quality Control role, you will**:
- Develop and implement a QC framework across Private Wealth Operations: Establish and continuously improve a structured quality control framework for Private Wealth Operations.
- Build and lead a high-performing team: Develop a dedicated QC function, providing leadership to direct QC reports and SMEs across different operational teams (via dotted reporting lines).
- Ensure Regulatory and Risk Compliance: Help to ensure full compliance with ASX, ASIC, and global regulatory standards.
- Develop Reporting and insights: Develop comprehensive QC reports and dashboards, providing insights into error trends, root causes, and process improvements.
- Drive operational improvements: Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to enhance automation, reduce errors, and improve SLA performance.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and the PWO leadership team.
**What you'll bring**
- Minimum 7+ years in market operations, with experience specifically in ASX market operations.
- Ability to design and implement a QC framework, integrating controls into daily operations.
- Strong leadership skills to build, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality control team.
- Deep understanding of financial market operations and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify quality gaps and drive improvements.
- Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities to track and communicate QC effectiveness.
