Providing logistics Australia wide, they specialise in wide loads, mega loads and urgent freight including machinery and plant equipment for the mining, oil and gas and agriculture sectors.

Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an Office All Rounder to join their team.

Working closely with the Directors and Head of Operations, your duties will include:

- Raising invoices
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
- Account reconciliations
- Logging jobs into the system
- Entering Drivers timesheets
- Assist with adhoc projects
- Process improvements
- General administration duties

This is a hands on role that requires a self motivated individual who enjoys being part of a small team that takes pride in the work they do and are committed to delivering exceptional results for their clients. A good sense of humour and a can do attitude will ensure your success in the role along with the willingness to learn.
