Reporting into the Digital Product Analyst, the purpose of the **Data and Product Analyst** is to be responsible for understanding and communicating insights about LiSTNR’s digital audience and the product’s performance. The primary objective of the role is to capture data requirements, source, combine and decipher internal and external data about digital audiences and assist the Product, Technology and Marketing departments to help drive data driven decisions.
Our Product analysts will be identifying user behaviours and trends. They will make recommendations and help the product team with decision making for the LiSTNR app roadmap. The Product analysts will also monitor product performance and recommend alterations to meet the team’s KPIs. They will also work with other departments to enhance the analysis and presentation of product data.
**We are looking for the newest member of the SCA Crew who will be responsible for**:
- Providing comprehensive reporting, analytical and advisory services to the Product and Content teams by generating insights into LiSTNR’s audience.
- Day to day management of LiSTNR’s Analytics reports.
- Building reporting (e.g., customer funnel, KPI reports), product metrics, ad-hoc business requests, capturing and documenting requirements to measure the success of new app or web product features or content.
- Regularly build and present data and insight reports to Product, Technology and Content stakeholders.
- Sign-off on the technical implementation of data analytics (User Acceptance Testing).
- Day to day management of LiSTNR’s various digital engagement monitoring tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, Big Query, GfK, etc.)
- Work with a multi-disciplined team including designers, developers, and testers, to ensure the products evolve at maximum velocity.
- Build relationships with Key stakeholders (content, design, marketing, UX, strategy teams).
**To be successful, you will have**:
- Effective communication skills and the ability to distil complex analytical and statistical approaches to their commercial and real-world essence
- Comfortable with exploratory data analysis
- A flare for data “story telling”
- Delivery and management of workload in a fast paced, agile environment
- A consultative, curious, and inquisitive approach
- A passion for data and “digging” into data problems
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple, concurrent deadlines and stakeholders
- Understanding of audio and digital media
