**About the Role**
In this role you will do:
**1.** **Recruitment Management**:
- Manage and administer the recruitment process for the support office.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
**2.** **Onboarding and Induction**:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive induction programs for new hires.
**3.** **HR Strategy and Development**:
- Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in managing the day-to-day performance of employees.
- Identify and address human resources demands and supply to meet business needs.
**4.** **Training and Development**:
- Manage training and development initiatives for all employees.
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate training sessions.
- Collaborate with managers to enhance employee skills and performance.
**5.** **Compliance and Statutory Regulations**:
- Ensure compliance with labour department regulations, social security systems, and healthcare providers.
- Manage and monitor employees' holistic well-being and employment satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage official employment documents.
**6.** **Remuneration and Benefits**:
- Manage remuneration packages, payroll administration, and non-monetary benefits.
- Oversee employee cost and productivity analysis.
- Administer occupational health and safety protocols.
**7.** **Employee Engagement and Performance Improvement**:
- Develop programs to enhance employee engagement and overall performance.
- Implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and manage cultural diversity.
- Address employee issues, misconduct, and resolve labor disputes.
**8.** **Succession Planning and Career Development**:
- Implement succession planning initiatives and career progression programs.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development plans.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
**1.** **CRM and ERP Systems Training**:
- Provide training to new team members on CRM and ERP systems.
- Assist with the administration of databases on CRM and ERP systems.
**2.** **Business Development Support**:
- Oversee policies and procedures in the Business Development department.
- Provide administrative support to the Port Macquarie and Business Development departments.
**3.** **Database Management**:
- Manage new and existing client databases.
**About You**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an HR-related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with a relevant master’s degree.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office 365.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
