**How you’ll make an impact**
To support the continued growth of CareChoice, the Head of Business Process Improvement is a newly created role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
This role will be responsible for managing the Process Improvement and Business Efficiencies across all areas of the business. It will also drive business efficiencies by utilising technology development and managing IT projects. This includes contributing to enhancement and best practice to increase efficiency and enhanced client experiences.
A day in the life as our Head of Business Process Improvement, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing business improvement projects that deliver efficiency and service gains to CareChoice & SDA Options.
- Ensures the on-time and on budget delivery of assigned systems projects that meet quality standards by driving project management activities
- Manage a program of business process improvement initiatives in line with targets
- Leading improvement projects collaboratively with business stakeholders to deliver continuous and valuable levels of improvement in process capability
- Success of implementations is reviewed with feedback and remedial actions delivered where required, engaging appropriate stakeholders in the broader team to ensure improvement initiatives are optimised
- Contributes to the achievement of CareChoice objectives by collaborating with key stakeholders and executive leadership team on policy and operational matters.
- Manage, implement and support IT projects including new software introduction within the organisation with a view to integration across platforms to promote single view of client / staff
**About you**
They will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, flexible, open to learning new skills, innovative and have a genuine customer service focus.
- Qualifications required:_
- Bachelor/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology or a related field
- Six Sigma
- Ideally, you’ll have:_
- Proven extensive experience using project management tools, such as Lean Six Sigma / Project Management certification or equivalent
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and project leads to define and understand requirements, and identify pain points
- Ability to understand a business process and all the dependent sub processes
- Proficient in managing business process improvement initiatives in an organisation to support significant business growth
- Demonstrated experience working on finance process improvements and/or operational improvement projects
- Proven experience in delivering project improvement initiatives on time and on-budget
- Mapping and process design and improvement experience
- Proven experience in process analysis and continuous improvement
- Exceptional communications and sta
