About the role
The Shared Services Support Analyst is responsible for assisting the Manager - ANZ Shared Services with the development and implementation of business plans and initiatives for the functional area in line with the broader Datacom direction. The Shared Services Support Analyst is the intermediary between end-users and IT delivery to ensure that business/user requirements are delivered in IT solutions. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and is responsible for delivering a customer centric people service across the business.
What you will do
- Supporting the implementation of strategy for the functional area, in line with the broader Datacom strategy.
- Delivery of people and culture data and analytics and implementing the appropriate improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring the effective use of people and culture initiatives and process compliance across the organisation.
- Collaborating with the broader people and culture team to ensure the delivery of a leading employee experience.
- Maintaining and administering accurate people information in Datacom’s systems and ensuring confidentiality is protected where required.
- Ensuring processes and documentation are kept up to date.
- Working to streamline and improve onboarding/off-boarding processes, HR data management and reporting.

What you will bring
- Administrative background and business acumen.
- Knowledge in human resource best practice principles, initiatives and processes.
- Some knowledge of state, federal and company compliance.
- High level of IT literacy.
- Experience with supporting the deployment of a range of human resources initiatives within a complex industry.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, developing and implementing organisational policies and procedures that ensure efficiency and respond to business demands.
- Ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with excellent writing ability and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance workload and conflicting priorities.
