We are currently recruiting Personal Carers that have availability for night shifts from 10:30pm to 6:36am.

- Salary Packaging Benefits - Package up to $15,900 of your pay per annum with an option to package an additional $2,600 for meals and entertainment, you’re able to increase your take home pay by lowering our taxable income.

Community-centred to our core, you’ll make connections not just with our residents but also with our team of Nurses, Personal Carers and Lifestyle Officers. Continuous improvement and learning is a big focus in our Care department and we value our staff’s unique perspectives.

We are proud of our origins as the first residential aged care provider in the Noosa Shire. Since 1974, we have remained an independent, not-for-profit organisation that’s not associated with any faith-based institution or large corporation. NoosaCare operates from the community for the community.

Key responsibilities include:

- Deliver all aspects of personal care to residents while on shift.
- Collaborate with management, employees, residents and their representatives in striving to achieve a safe, secure and infection free environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of information sourced from resident, their representatives, employees and management.
- Contribute to positive patient outcomes by supporting the assessment, and planning of residents in collaboration with their family and the clinical team.

**About You**
- Certificate III in Individual Support or higher.
- Current criminal record check or the ability to obtain prior to starting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $31.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
