Personal Carer

Noosacare is looking for Personal Carers to join our dedicated team across all villas, including dementia specific and our residential aged care villas.

With two state-of-the-art incredible facilities - Carramar, located on Noosa Cooroy Road in Tewantin and Kabara located in Topaz Street, Cooroy - we are a community based, not-for-profit organisation who put our residents and their families at the forefront of all we do to provide the highest level of care and lifestyle choices they deserve.

**The Role**:
We are open to welcoming Personal Carers to join our dedicated team with varying levels of experience, with training and buddy shifts provided for all new staff.

You will contribute to providing quality personal care to meet the needs of every single resident.

**About You**:
You have an interest in aged care and making a difference in people’s lives. Experience is a bonus, but we're eager to train and support new staff in their career (or to change career).

You are empathetic, have excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate with confidence. You will care for our residents with respect, dignity and esteem, and always honour their individual choices.

A Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care is required and you will need to obtain a National Police Check prior to commencement.

There are no current mandate requirements for the COVID vaccine.

- Tewantin, QLD 4565: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate 3 in aged care (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
