Villa Assistant

We are looking for Villa Assistants to join our team across all villas, including dementia specific and also our residential aged care villas based in Tewantin and Cooroy.

We are a community based, not-for-profit organisation who put our residents and their families at the forefront of all we do.

Our state-of the-art facilities are located in stunning, natural surrounds and landscaped gardens, where residents experience the highest level of care and lifestyle choices they deserve.

**The Role**:
We are looking for assistants to join our dedicated Hotel Services team and assist our Personal Carers within the villas with tasks such as making beds, laundry, assisting with meal times and maintaining the kitchen areas.

The role will primarily be afternoon shifts but there are a variety of shifts available including morning shifts, afternoon shifts and the opportunity for night duty shifts at both Carramar in Tewantin and Kabara in Cooroy. Weekend shifts are also available too

**About You**:
You have an interest in aged care and making a difference in people’s lives. Experience in aged care or hospitality is a bonus, but we're eager to train and support new staff in the progression of their career.

You are empathetic, have excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate with confidence. You will liaise with our residents with respect, dignity and esteem, and always honour their individual choices.

All Aged Care employees are also required to have a National Police Check and both doses of a Covid Vaccine and a booster.
