Beautiful waterfront restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team of passionate people, build the team & drive impeccable service

This is a great opportunity to join a highly recognised International hospitality group that is rapidly growing and expanding across Australia. We are looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor with experience in premium dining and supervising large teams.

What's expected in this role;
- Minimum 1 years' experience as a Floor Supervisor in a full service restaurant environment.
- Hospitality qualifications + current RSA
- To lead & support a dedicated dynamic and passionate team
- Love training and developing your people to grow and succeed
- To deliver unique one on one guest dining experiences which keep your customers coming back time and time again
- Excellent experience in budgets and financials and labour costs
