**Our client**
Our client is a well-recognised brand within the Property Industry. Due to continued growth and internal promotion, they are currently seeking a receptionist to join their Head Office team based in Sydney CBD
**The Role**
Working within an experienced administrative team, this position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Answering of high volume incoming calls
- Directing calls within the company
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Data entry
- Marketing administration
- General administration tasks including scanning, filing etc.
This position has the potential to expand into other areas of the business over time, based on your capabilities and interests.
**About You**
To be successul in this role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent communication skills
- Impecable personal presentation
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience in an administration or customer facing role highly regarded but not crucial
- Desire to learn
- Exceptional time management skills
