**Job Description** What we are looking for** **in our Front Office Coordinator**:

- Welcoming patients and managing the reception area in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering incoming phone calls, booking appointments, and managing the practice's schedule
- Handling patient enquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate patient records and confidential data in our practice management system
- Setting up financial contracts, assisting with billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as required
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service and practice procedures

**Qualifications**
- Dental experience essential and exposure to a similar position highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental software systems is an asset
