Not your typical office job, this entry-level role is perfect for someone ready to step out of retail or hospitality and into a role full of variety.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Daily space setup and presentation
- Cover reception and greet every guest and member with a warm, friendly welcome
- Restock kitchen goodies and keep the coffee flowing
- Complete admin tasks accurately and efficiently
- Create event posters using Canva and share community updates on Instagram
- Answer calls and messages with professionalism
- Set up and pack down meeting rooms
- Organise catering for meetings and events
- Onboard new members and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide general member support and respond to requests
- Assist with social and networking events
- Work closely with the Space Leader to keep everything running smoothly
- Occasionally run errands as needed
**About You**
- Retail or hospitality experience is a plus, but all experience levels are welcome
- A genuine people-person - friendly, approachable, and proactive
- Reliable, hands-on, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
- Energetic and comfortable being on your feet throughout the day
- Keen to learn and grow in a role that offers plenty of variety
