We are seeking 2 x Front Office Receptionists to join the team at Essence Apartments and Suites. These roles may be shared between 2x properties located at Chermside and Taringa in Brisbane, QLD.

**About the Role**
- 2 x Casual positions offering between 15 to 30hrs per week
- Roster: Monday to Sunday rotating roster with morning, afternoon and evening shifts, including Public Holidays
- Operate the day to day front desk reception area
- Respond to accommodation, group and conferencing enquiries and processing reservations
- Assist all guests in the most efficient and professional manner, exceeding expectations and delivering a high standard of customer service
- Promote and sell our accommodation services and facilities
- Provide general administration support
- Promote our properties to achieve accommodation sales
- Acquire knowledge of the local area and the facilities and services close by
- Assist with group bookings and conferencing when required

**About You**
- Previous customer service experience in the accommodation or hospitality industry (highly regarded)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Compassionate and understanding nature when dealing with guests
- Willing to go above and beyond in order to assist the front office department and to contribute to the overall success of hotel
- A focus on customer service & quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences
- Valid QLD Driving License and access to own vehicle (required)
- National Police Check (required)
