**Your exciting new ‘Room leader' role**:
In 2025, You will take on the role of 0-18 months (Nursery) room leader. Annual reviews will take place with the Director to assign rooms and future opportunities.

We would love to hear from experienced advocates for the 0-2 / 0-3 phase. Our expertly designed ‘OAC Grow' curriculum prioritises age-appropriate learning experiences for all children with exciting immersive, sensory and hands on ideas for our lovely bubs.

We have all the tools and technology to help you succeed including technology ie StoryPark, Xplore, Playground, iPads laptops not to mention our fantastic pedagogy specialists and support teams to guide you and help you to develop practice as well as your career.
