We are a well-established psychology clinic in the Sutherland Shire, proudly entering an exciting new phase of growth and development. With a strong foundation, loyal client base, and a vision for the future, we're expanding — and we want two exceptional, integrity focused psychologists to join us.

The Roles:

Role 1: Psychologist + Clinic Lead (Leadership Opportunity)

Step up your career in private practice with a balanced, supported leadership role.

Combine clinic management with a small client case load

Lead with exceptional guidance and mentorship from our senior leadership team

Shape systems, culture, and service delivery in a growing practice

Ideal for a psychologist with 5+ years' experience ready to grow into leadership

Role 2: Psychologist – Client-Focused

Focus on the clients and modalities you love, with room to grow.

Work with your preferred client group (children, adolescents, adults, couples, trauma, etc.)

Opportunity to expand into new areas of interest over time

Full clinical autonomy within a supportive, collaborative framework

Perfect for a psychologist seeking flexibility, variety, and professional growth

What We Seek :

Psychologists who are ready for a new challenge within a re-imagined private practice framework. You will be client focused and longing for a group practice who can support you as you focus on your professional practice, and support you with your career aspirations. You would also enjoy the intimate feel of a smaller group practice but with access to an extensive network of like-focused psychologists and access to resources usually seen only in larger practices.

Importantly, we are looking for those who value integrity, and are greatly satisfied by the difference committed and supported clinicians can make to the lives of our clients.

You will need full registration, insurances and memberships to your chosen professional bodies. Working with children checks and police clearances will also be required.

Experience will be required for the leadership role and an advantage for the client focused role.
