**The Centre**

This Medium - large sized Centre based in Sutherland Shire is an absolutely outstanding service that is extremely well resourced and spacious. Purpose built in 2021, it boasts copious amounts of resources and is staffed well above ratio. The Director is extremely supportive and has a genuine passion for early childhood, being industry trained ECT. She also has 15 years experience working in the Sutherland Shire and has created a fun and supportive team environment. The team are a fun loving and thriving bunch who are really welcoming and supportive.

**The Opportunity**

A rare position has become available to lead the Preschool room. As a Room Leader you will be involved in the planning and programming. You therefore must be competent with programming. The Centre operates above ratio. The Centre pays very generously and ensure to recognise the work you put in.

**The Ideal Educator**

You must have a Bachelor or Diploma in Children's services or ACECQA equivalent. In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
- Diploma in Children's Services (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)or Bachelor of Early Childhood
- Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Working with children clearance
