We’re looking for a Head of People Analytics to lead our high-impact People Analytics team, driving the strategy that unlocks powerful insights and informs business-critical decisions. Reporting to the General Manager, People Strategy & Capability, you will:

- Set and lead our people data strategy, directly enabling the bank’s group strategic plan and transformation agenda
- Oversee the delivery of advanced analytics, actionable insights, and enterprise-wide people reporting that drive workforce productivity, engagement, and commercial outcomes.
- Partner with senior executives to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that shape the future of our organisation
- Lead and develop a talented team across analytics, insights, and reporting - fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and impact.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Deep expertise in people analytics, workforce planning, or organisational insights - with a proven track record at a senior or strategic level.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to link people data to broader business objectives, including productivity, culture, and growth.
- Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving strategic workforce decisions.
- Passion for storytelling through data, with exceptional skills in translating insights into clear, compelling narratives.
