About your role:
We are seeking a Temp recruitment specialist to join our team in Cremorne, Victoria. Working within a collaborative team, you will work across both white and blue collar, supporting Ventia's diverse contracts.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in running high volume temp recruitment desk in an internal or external agency environment.
- Energy to deliver recruitment across a range of industries and types of roles
- Ability to interpret awards and enterprise agreements
- Understanding the calculation of pay rates and penalty rates
