AMEK Engineering is a national company providing first class building services to the commercial and industrial sectors.

An opportunity exists for a Service Coordinator to join our busy service team, to be based out of our office in Belmont.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage service contracts in an efficient manner.
- Liaising with clients and ensure client expectations are being met.
- Managing and coordinating of daily service calls, maintenance and project works.
- Efficient scheduling of our technical field staff.
- Preparation of quotes.
- Monthly reporting.
- Compliance of OH&S and quality standards and practices.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent phone manner.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and able to prioritize and multitask.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Competent working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:
