**About the role**:

Working as part of the wider Business Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Administration support to customers, clients, and wider business units. Our client is seeking a highly capable and self-directed individual to take ownership of this exciting role. The successful applicant will be accustomed to a fast paced and dynamic environment and will be used to working autonomously. You will play an crucial role for both our internal and external stakeholders by working within our Sales & Accounts team, reviewing and processing invoices, claims, disputes and ensuring contractual obligations are being met.
**Key Responsibilities**
Playing a key support role within the business, your role will be varied and include but not be limited to:
- High volume data entry & processing invoices
- Adhere to all customer requests and enquiries via phone
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure orders are placed, processed, and delivered efficiently and in alignment with the business' processes
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Daily & Weekly invoicing
- Writing internal reports
- Responding to queries from fellow employees
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Skills / Experience**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a high-volume admin, data entry or processing role
- Previous exposure to Accounts Receivable
- Previous experience in a construction or building industry would be advantageous
- Computer literate to intermediate-advanced level including (MS office suite & ERP system) - in particular, Excel and Microsoft Word
- High level of attention to detail
- Well-developed data processing and analytical skills
- Ability to identify issues, problems and opportunities
- Proven time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and deliver on tight timelines
