Front Office Coordinator

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage and optimize room rates to maximize revenue
- Coordinate and oversee bookings from online travel agencies (OTA's)
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Address guest concerns and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a hotel setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of rate management and OTA procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
**Specific Skills or Certifications**:
- Previous experience in hotel operations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and willingness to work collaboratively in a small team

**Salary**: $23.56 - $38.65 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
