The Harden Oil Company - HOCL Oils - is an independent Australian manufacturer of premium commercial oils for the agricultural, automotive, civil construction, mining and transport industries since 2010.

With continued growth over the previous 18-24 months, the company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support and contribute to our developing markets.

To fulfil the role of Business Coordinator and Sales, you will be required to;
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers
- Seek and establish new business
- Meet monthly KPI’s and budget
- Be efficient in time management and planning
- Maintain accurate records
- Work independently

The successful applicant will have knowledge and/or experience in;
- Procurement
- Spare parts interpretation
- Technical support in matters of engineering, mechanical or fluid transfer
- Sales

The company offers an attractive remuneration with bonus upon completion of KPI’s, complete employment entitlements, motor vehicle and phone.

To ensure your success in this progressive role, the company provides on-going training in sales and technical aspects related to the position.

Pay: $72,955.69 - $125,158.39 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
