**About the Role**

This role can be on a Permanent, Part-time or Casual Basis depending on the needs of the successful applicant.

An opportunity exists to join our experienced Store Management Team assisting in operating and managing of one of our 15 stores with 3 more new stores nearing completion.

- Sales experience is preferred but sales training will also be provided.

- Be computer literate and confident using various computer software (training provided)

Training will be provided and is a mix of in-store and classroom training.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all aspects of customer service and caring for our customers
- Selling storage space and packaging via telephone and face to face sales
- Being proud of the presentation of your store and ensuring it is always well presented
- Treating the Store as your own business and taking ownership
- Payment collections from existing customers
- Retail sales and presentation
- Achieving set targets and metrics

The successful applicant will assist the Store Manager in the day to day operations of the site including all aspects of customer service and sales. We would love someone who is self-motivated, confident, assertive and shows initiative to get the job done

You MUST be willing and available to work on weekends on an ongoing basis.
