Join our clients highly successful organisation in the North Brisbane area and take on a pivotal role as an Operations Manager/Department Head. With a proven track record of excellence, you will oversee a team of 15 professionals and manage over 1000 managements. Your primary responsibilities will include setting and monitoring KPIs for staff, ensuring compliance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Staff Management: Lead and manage a dedicated team, providing guidance, setting KPIs, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Technology: Leverage our clients cutting-edge in-house technology to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and enhance productivity.
- Property Management Team: Oversee and support the property management staff and administrative team, promoting collaboration and success.
- Senior Landlord Communication: Serve as a point of contact for senior-level landlord matters (potential complaints etc), delivering exceptional service and addressing their needs.
- Support to Property Manager: Offer assistance and expertise to the Property Manager in resolving any departmental challenges or issues.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of Property Management experience, including staff management responsibilities.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional people skills, fostering positive relationships with staff, landlords, and clients.
- Effective Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and concise interaction.
- Current Certificate of Registration: Hold a valid certificate of registration, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
