We are looking for a proactive and outcome-oriented PR Executive to join our team in Australia. In this role, you will take charge of F45's public relations and communication strategies, working closely with our agency partner. You will leverage your current connections and cultivate new, solid relationships with influential media contacts across Australia. Building and maintaining strong relations with key media contacts will be a major focus of your responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with F45's overall marketing and business objectives, with a focus on both traditional and experiential PR.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts in Australia, including journalists, editors, producers, and influencers, to secure media coverage and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and produce compelling stories and content to support F45's PR and communications efforts
- Plan, execute, and manage experiential PR events, working closely with the marketing team to ensure that all activities are consistent with F45's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Work closely with our agency partner to manage and respond to media enquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials to targeted media outlets.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of PR and communications activities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide support and guidance to franchisees on their PR and communications needs and help them leverage the F45 brand.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in both traditional and experiential PR.
- Experience managing PR agencies and contractors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape with some existing media relationships
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fitness and health and a deep understanding of the fitness industry.
