**Your role
**Responsibilities**
- Deploy a clear organic PR strategy to raise brand awareness across our key demographics
- Manage an internal team and PR agencies as you see fit to maximise our brand reach
- Secure consistent publication in crypto-specific media and larger national mainstream news
- Lead all PR initiatives including media outreach, media interviews, announcements and securing speaking engagements and podcast opportunities for our company spokespeople
- Active Media handling, pitching and monitoring of media performance
- Manage events in the B2B and B2C space
- Complete end to end ownership of the events calendar, budget and accountability for execution of events in line with business objectives
- Manage the creation of highly engaging pitch ideas and deliver to a high standard, even when urgent time-sensitive materials are needed
- Work with the wider marketing team to promote live events, and source and deploy large scale partnership events

**You’ll succeed as our PR & Events Manager if you have**
- Proven commercial experience within the event management industry.
- Experience in coordinating events and sourcing event partners.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends, and a strong interest in crypto culture are a plus. A willingness to learn and dive into the niche is essential.
- A love of and ability to put on large scale events.
- You have a network in the industry and ability to network and create partnerships in the events space.
