Our staffs are there to capture our guests’ unique personality and spirit in stunning images, and then handcraft them into original pieces of contemporary art that will transform the character of their home.

**PURPOSE OF ROLE**
- To Provide world class hospitality and service to every Verve client.
- To assist in the administration, customer relations & day-to-day running of the studio.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure all Verve clients are greeted, provided high quality refreshments, food and given the Verve standard of customer service.
- Ensuring utmost customer service in the studio and provide best possible outcome.
- Maintaining an immaculate studio environment at all times.
- Ensuring a productive and efficient office by controlling the day-to-day running and administration of the studio.
- Tracking Studio Customer Satisfaction Scores and generating weekly reports.
- Liaising with other departments to help facilitate client order requirements and marketing materials.
- Ordering of stock and marketing material

- Ability to problem solve
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Weekend and some evening work required
