As part of our growing Finance team, we have an immediate opening for a passionate Inventory Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Tax, Treasury, and Risk team in our growing retail finance division. Working closely with the risk and fraud teams your role as Inventory Coordinator is to work closely with the Inventory Specialist in a challenging landscape of investigative processes and reporting, and inventory management to improve consistencies.

**More About The Role**:
Reporting to the Head of Tax, Treasury and Risk you will work with an inclusive and collaborative team to actively promote and implement risk management policies and procedures, monitor stock inventory levels to identify theft or shortages and investigates suspicious customer and/or employee activity in relation to stock loss.
What your day will look like;
**The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for**:

- Assisting the Inventory Specialist in managing stock integrity within the business
- Completing stock reports, adjustments and investigations to ensure that all inventory is monitored correctly - Consistently maintain, review and update all Fresh Desk tickets relating to stock issues
- Collaborate and work in conjunction with the store team to prepare, implement and investigate stock takes
- Providing meaningful and actionable analysis and insights to the business to drive performance and achieve strategic objectives

More about You
- You will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box
- Possess a high attention to detail.
- Have 1 year + of experience working within a retail environment
- Previous experience in implementing RFID or stocktake processes desirable.
- Possess an Analytical mindset
- Deliver superior customer service to all stakeholders.
- Are highly motivated and well organised with a positive approach to your role and to your team
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and able to multi-task while meeting deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ideally have a history using ERP, WMS, OMS, and POS Systems
