**About the role**
This is a key role within the organisation working for a leading and dynamic media business who are true leaders both locally and overseas. We are seeking a commercially astute finance professional, with previous experience within a similar role partnering with media production and development. You will be the key partner to senior executives, both locally and overseas.

**The responsibilities**
Reporting to the Finance Director, your re
- sponsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:_
- Lead and oversee the Finance team through periodical reporting.
- Responsible for the oversight of the monthly Forecast, Budgeting, and Long-Range Planning in collaboration with FP&A team, business partners and Finance.
- Plans must align to corporate deliverables and timeline, be accurate and tied to financial strategic targets.
- Delivery of timely, accurate, and effective analysis and reporting of financial and operational performance of the business
- Overall responsibility of the budgeting process for the division aligning to corporate deliverables and timeline and tied to financial strategic targets.
- Provide project / commercial opportunity data modelling, business case support, due diligence.
- Deputise for the Finance Director when not available
- Work closely with the Global teams to ensure processes and reporting are efficient for local.
- Review divisional cashflow forecasts.
- Be an effective leader who leads by example with collaboration, honesty, and trust. Must be able to build relationship with people within and across the Company.
- Support operations through the provision of effective management information and analysis
- Analysis of products and divisional performance
- Drive strategic initiatives to ensure revenue and profit growth
- Financial models to support business cases
- Monitoring of major projects
- Identify risk and opportunities
- Spearhead process improvements across both operations and finance

**The successful applicant**
We are seeking an exceptional individual who is a Senior Finance Business Partnering either as a Commercial Director, or deputy CFO within a complex organisation. You will be a strong communicator and influencer, with the credibility and gravitas to be able to positively influence management decisions. ACA / CPA / CIMA qualification is essential. Experience with SAP and or Oracle or similar is preferred. Experience within the Media industry is advantageous production and creativity.
