About the role
Duties
- Work collaboratively with a range of relevant teams to facilitate environmental due diligence checks required for grant applicants.
- Monitor and organise all time sensitive work to be completed within mandated timelines
- Balance a variety of different checks, for different programs and awards.
Skills and experience
- Prioritise and monitor workload to meet timeframe requirements
- Strong communication, with writing skills being particularly important
- Experience in fast paced administrative roles would be beneficial
- Work with a range of different stakeholders, ensuring their engagement
- Independent work, whilst also contributing to a team
- Adapt to different types of work and projects when needed
- Ability to provide accurate and timely reporting
- Understanding of EPA processes & functions advantageous
