Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Order Processing and Logistics Officer to join our team based in North Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for prompt and accurate completion of sales and purchase order processing for consumer goods. You will take ownership of inventory control, liaising with distributors, and managing enquiries from customers and internal staff.

Primary Responsibilities
- Process sales orders (corporate licensing / consumer physical retail) with in-house CRM system
- Validate sales orders on all aspects, such as pricing, customers and resellers details, product, user count information etc.
- Arrange consumer physical production when required. Liaise with production vendors and negotiate pricing.
- Consumer retail box activation code generation for production. Generate and upload activation codes for online sales.
- Monthly inventory reconciliation, and stock-take at both warehouse as well as office storage room.
- Arrange warehouse pack, send or receive as per instruction. Follow up shipment status with courier forwarder for import / exports.
- Accept ad hoc duties/reports and facilitate change as directed by manager

Skills and experience
- Previous experience in Customer Service / Order Entry
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Good Microsoft office skill especially Excel
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with personnel and customers is essential
- Inventory control/forecast experience is a plus but not essential.
- A keen learner, positive attitude with a high level of enthusiasm
