**Your Day Will Include**
- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings, treatment schedules, and front-desk coordination
- Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with payment processing

**You Will Thrive In This Role If You**
- Have experience in dental or medical reception (preferred, not essential)
- Are confident with computer systems and multitasking
- Communicate clearly and make patients feel instantly at ease
- Are proactive, reliable, and love working in a high-energy environment
